The Bolt Shooter was one of Preston Stormer's weapons and was the main component of his Multifunctional Ice Weapon.

The Bolt Shooter was used to shoot pulses of energy. The incredibly strong ice composite it was made of withstood blows that would shatter ordinary metal. However, the ice only lasted a few minutes before another blade had to be generated.

Stormer used the Bolt Shooter to fire blasts of energy at a rampaging giant insect.
